Godclive Moses - Founder
Godclive Moses is a dedicated and compassionate individual, driven by a big heart and a vision to a difference. As a founder, he is committed to raising awareness, providing support, and empowering those who have been abused and sexually trafficked. His unwavering dedication serves as a beacon of hope for those in need, inspiring change and fostering healing in the community. Together, we can join him in this vital mission.

Sharon London Moses - Co Founder
Sharon London Moses is a dedicated co-founder, passionately supporting her husband in raising awareness for the empowerment of abused and sexually trafficked women. As a compassionate pastor, she is committed to fostering positive change and growth for individuals who have experienced trauma. Through her unwavering dedication, Sharon inspires hope and healing within the community. Her vision is to create a safe space for women to reclaim their strength and rebuild their lives.

Charles Johnson - Director
Charles Johnson, a dedicated Baytown resident with a strong commitment to his community. A graduate of Ross S Sterling High School, Lee College, and the College of Biblical Studies, Charles holds degrees Child Development, Substance Abuse Counseling, and Organizational Leadership. He has served two terms as City Councilman and has held various leadership roles, including Mayor Pro-Tem. Charles remains actively involved in organizations, currently serving on the Baytown Chamber of Commerce Board and several other community boards, showcasing his passion for enhancing the quality of life in Baytown.

Lucia Bates - Director
Judge Lucia Bates has proudly served as the Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Place 2 in Harris County, Texas, for six years, dedicating herself to her community. In addition to her judicial responsibilities, she actively participates on the Justices of the Peace and Constables Association Court Personnel Education Committee and has been re-elected to the Harris County Juvenile Advisory Board. Judge Bates also contributes her expertise as a Board Trustee for HCA Hospitals Southeast and engages with various educational and organizations, including Goose Creek CISD Digital Communications and the North Shore Rotary Membership Committee. Her commitment to service is evident through her leadership roles and community involvement.

Clarita Gonzales - Chairperson
Clarita Gonzales is a dedicated advocate and leader, recognized for her outstanding contributions to her community. As a National Scholar of Horatio Alger, she exemplifies the spirit of perseverance and determination. Clarita holds the esteemed position of Chaplain and has received several accolades, including the Purple Ribbon DVHRT award for her commitment to domestic violence awareness. Additionally, she has been honored with the Vanessa Guillen presentation award and has played a vital role in the Blue Heart Conference, focusing on the critical issue of human trafficking.

Evelyn Vargas - Secretary
Evelyn Vargas is a seasoned nonprofit professional with over a decade of experience in project management, evaluation, and grant writing. Her work has positively impacted programs for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, homeless individuals, and those with disabilities. As a driving force behind G&S Hearts of Gold's growth, Evelyn remains dedicated to supporting underserved communities and combating trafficking. With a master’s degree in counseling psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, she currently serves as a Grant Manager at The Over Troubled Waters, Inc., furthering her commitment to community service.
